About Special Sessions

AIIE 2027 invites researchers, academics, and industry experts to propose and organize Special Sessions within the conference. Special Sessions provide a focused forum for in-depth discussion on emerging topics, niche research areas, or innovative applications of AI and intelligent education.

Special Sessions run parallel to the main conference tracks and offer organizers the opportunity to curate a targeted program around a specific theme, attracting like-minded researchers and fostering community engagement.

Suggested Special Session Topics

While proposals in any area of AI and intelligent education are welcome, the following topics represent key focus areas for AIIE 2027. Proposals outside these areas are also encouraged, provided they align with the conference scope.

03 — Proposal

Proposal Requirements

Your Special Session proposal should include the following information. Proposals must be submitted as a PDF document via email to aiie_contact@yeah.net.

Title & Organizers

Session title, names and affiliations of all organizers, brief biographies of organizers, and the email of the main contact person.

Description & Topics

Session title, brief description of the session focus and related topics.

Submission Format

Please compile all proposal materials into a single PDF file and email it to aiie_contact@yeah.net with the subject line: "Special Session Proposal — [Your Session Title]".

04 — Process

Review & Organizer Benefits

Special Session proposals are reviewed by the AIIE 2027 Organizing Committee. Successful applicants will be notified within 10 working days of submission.

Review Process

Papers submitted to Special Sessions are peer-reviewed using the same double-blind criteria as regular conference papers, in collaboration with the conference's Technical Chair and Special Session Chair.

Special Session organizers assist in reviewing papers and work closely with the Technical Program Committee to maintain quality and relevance.
