In order to avoid any inconvenience caused to you and the conference, please note: only choose one method to submit your articles, do not submit twice.
- Your submission will be confirmed immediately by the system and in 2 working days by conference secretary.
- The submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer review for technical merit, significance, relevance to the topics, etc. For acceptance or rejection, the authors will receive the result from aiie_contact@yeah.net.
- For any inquiry about the submission and conference, please feel free to contact us at aiie_contact@yeah.net.
Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
AIIE reviewing is double blind, in that authors do not know the names of the area chair/reviewers of their papers, and the area chairs/reviewers cannot, beyond reasonable doubt, infer the names of the authors from the submission and the additional material.
Confidentiality: The review process of AIIE is confidential. Reviewers are volunteers; they are not part of the AIIE organization and their efforts are greatly appreciated. The practice of keeping all information confidential during the review is part of the standard communication to all reviewers. Misuse of confidential information is a severe professional failure and appropriate measures will be taken when brought to the attention of the AIIE organizers.
All submitted manuscripts are sent out to peer review. Manuscripts not adhering to our Author guidelines will however not be considered. AIIE operates a double-blind peer review process, meaning that authors and reviewers remain anonymous for the review process. First, the conference secretary performs a preliminary review to confirm if the papers meet basic publishing standards, and then papers will be sent to the guest editor who is in charge of the peer review process. The editor appoints at least two suitable technical committee members as reviewers for each paper whose areas of expertise match the topics of the papers.
The review comments will be sent back to the chief editor who will make decisions about submissions, which include: Strongly accept, accept, marginally accept, reject. The conference secretary will then inform the authors, and papers which need revisions will be required to be sent back within the stipulated time. Only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. AIIE does not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
AIIE 2027 will not accept any paper that, at the time of submission, is under review for, has already been published in, or has already been accepted for publication in, a journal or another venue with formally published proceedings.
Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experiments or theories and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
